What we collect

If you write to us or use the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, your message and, if you choose one, a rough budget. If you book a call, we receive the details you enter when booking. That is it. We do not collect anything you did not type.

The Lab demos

The live demos process what you type to produce the answer or result you asked for. Demo inputs are not used to build marketing profiles. The Lab tools run entirely in your browser; nothing you type there leaves your device. Chat messages are sent to our AI provider to generate the reply and are not stored by us.

What we do with it

We use your information to reply to you and to run the project you hire us for. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising on this site, and we do not run analytics or tracking scripts.

Where it lives

Messages live in our email account. Project data lives in the accounts set up for your project, which are in your name from day one.

Want your messages or data deleted? Email hello@firmground.studio and we will delete what we hold and confirm it in writing.
